This hospital is first class. The surgeon, Dr. Ramos, certainly knows what he’s doing. He is very friendly and approachable. He will listen to what you have to say and he doesn’t hurry you up to get out of his office. I couldn’t have been in better hands. Also, the anaesthetist is considerate. Another first class physician. Also Ramona is a brilliant translator. She was so helpful and understanding. The only criticism I have is that some of the nurses could use a little lesson in the care and wellbeing of their patients. One or two of them were a bit rough and thoughtless. After an operation you are feeling very low in spirit and expect a bit more carefulness when they come to you. This only applies to two nurses, not all of them. The food is excellent and plenty of it. That’s if you are well enough to eat it. Overall, maximum stars from me. Thank you.
